December, 21

The longest night, the shortest day.

Apex of darkness.

Symbol of Hope.

Because the cycle of life heralds you the come back of light, of warmth, of fruitfulness and abundance, of joy and laughter.

Repeatability. Identifying Position. Information.

It doesn’t matter, if humans understand, if they prey to the God of Sun or of christmas.

On another blog i wrote – regarding the ongoing fight between faith and knowledge, between god and Darwin: “when the last child starves after the last needless war, when the last human bone will be burnt by the exploding sun and the last sun darkens in the fading universe, the quantum noise will create new physical laws and new universes and new life and new gods - depending on the rules of Darwin”.

It doesn’t matter, if humankind respects Darwin, the rules of evolution will be true forever. Why? Because each universe has to depend on information, irrespective of how the physical laws look like in that particular universe, irrespective of how many “bubble universes” (Andrei Linde) are created and how the value of Einsteins light speed is – yes, i guess, there will be a constant c in every universe. Why? Because information is strictly coherent action and the limitation of speed seems to be just a limitation to protect that coherence, to protect “information”. The EPR indicates, that higher “speed” exists – as long as just proto-information is “transported”. Less coherence action, limitless speed.

Action, the power behind each and every change of states, is the ever beating heart of the quantum noise – and whenever it is able to create physical laws it has to design them as repeatable: They always have to have the same results, if the preconditions are fulfilled. And the physical laws have to be identifiable, because that simply is the fact that they can be measured, checked and controlled.

Therefore, each and every universe created by and out of the quantum noise has to be a universe of information. And if it is able to build ongoing cycles of information, it will create life as passive information processing systems. And if it is able to build that cycles long-lasting enough, even active processing systems will arise – and in the end, there will be intelligence...

until...

the apex of the gain cost function of intelligence is reached – then either the evolution principles, described by an Englishman named Darwin whom no one remembers in a new universe, will work and develop a better information processing system...

or...

the last child will starve again after the last needless war.

whenever i come across this point i seem to chock about it....our understanding of the world lead us through complex research and theorems that there was a big bang, why do we tend to belive that there is a single type of Big bangs, or that they all would yeild similar results..oculdn't it be possible that a different big bang or the same big bang with different initial conditions could yeild a completely different out come, one which either shares similar concept but with completely different semantics (e.g. information as a concept but with semantics that would render our concept of information completely irrelevant) or a big bang that yeilds new concepts that are not relevant to our univerese... we know that the universe had to look and act the way it did for us to exist, but there is no way of knowing that since our own existance is governed by the laws of the universe thus it's possible that we are limited in out ability to understand byond our own universe by the laws of that universe...

to sum up my point why do we assume there would be c, and other relevant constants in every universe formed from a bing bang?...we could be completely of base here, since our abilities are limited by this universe, and trying to assume anything before the bing bang (like the outcome of another big bang) is simply irrelevant and means nothing...the laws of physics which we work with collapse byond our universe...

also check this out,

i was challenged by a friend, and i still don't grasp the whole thing, i'm not a physicist , but i do love the field, the guy sent me thi slike a month ago as a form of (fuck you kinda thing) yet i think there is substantial material there...I did confirm the arabic text for sure, but still not the Physics and the logic

hi moe,

thanks for answering

one which either shares similar concept but with completely different semantics (e.g. information as a concept but with semantics that would render our concept of information completely irrelevant) or a big bang that yeilds new concepts that are not relevant to our univerese...

actually, the "semantics" as you called it, may differ a lot, but information as the basic rule how to create "laws" has to be the same

simply because any semantics has to be recognizable - and that means it has to be identifiable and repeatable (aka working all the time), that are the basic attributes of any rule

in any universe

to sum up my point why do we assume there would be c

because identifiability and repeatability are strong attributes, they force the eternal power of actions, the engine for any universe, to build clear forms and types - and this coherence has to be protected - in any universe

even in a universe of magicks exist rules and if little green men would push the suns to shine those little green men would be identifiable (little, green, men) and they had to be "repeatable", pushing the suns all the time the suns shine - if not, the magicks of the sun-pushing-little-green-men "wouldn't work"

and if Allah rules a universe (you cited a islam-site) than he (identity "god") would do it all the time, not just "by accident", because no one would call it "Allahs rule" - if it doesn't work all the time

and that's information - in any universe that may exist, because beyond information - without identities and rules - there is no existence

just (quantum) noise
